"Andrew, Which driver do yo use for Win ME? There isn't a WinME directory on this driver (only Win95, NT40, Win98 etc). I have a PC with the Davicom 9101F-based NIC, and can't get the network card to work after upgrading from Win98 to WinME. Had been using the drivers that came with the card for Win98 and worked fine for two years."
