Please copy the file into a suitable folder and click (double click) it there. It is a self extract file.
Regarding the introduction, see README2.txt. If you would like to use a Super Disk LS-120 drive as a boot drive, the BIOS of your PC must be compatible with it. When you have the PC, you can use it without this file. However, it is impossible to boot up a 120MB disk under DOS mode. I recommend you to use it under DOS mode of Windows98/Windows95 OSR2 or 2HD/2DD. (Windows98/Windows95 OSR2 is an OS supporting SuperDisk LS-120.)
