"This driver includes the drivers for both version 1 and version 2, for all OSes. I have version 2 (has 2 LEDs on the card) and installed it in a Win98 (first edition) machine. The install was a little finicky, but once I got it, it's fine. So far so good! Considering the system I installed this on is having major issues (it's not even Y2K compatible!), it's doing well!
