"Original IBM NIC failed. I was forced to install the first NIC I found: Winbond 940. The driver worked great, saved my butt!"

"U say that the driver works excellent but i couldnt install it also i have read the readme files but it says that i need a disk but i only have the ethernet card nothing more how will i install it plz help me"

"the thing is that i downloaded the archive but in it was only drivers for the W940S5 chipsets, or at least that's how the files were named and the readme.txt it's about the same chipsets"
