"This works and adds volume functionality for my HP IR Reciever in Windows XP 32-bit. Despite what the installer says, this -WILL- work for XP-0, XP-SP1A and XP-SP2. It does -NOT- require SP3.

Also after installing this, you have to go to device manager, properties on the device in question (When driver is not installed, it should be something like "BB Dongle"

) and then update driver and let it go automatically. It then should find the driver, several things pop up as new device found then reboot and it works.

"Installs fine. Need irbus.sys. It works but there is some problem with "sticky keys" repeating sometimes."
