"On installation the two drivers "via usb3 Root Hub" and "usb eXtensible Host Controller" appeared in Device Manager but but did not connect to the device intended for them.. Linking those drivers to the actual device has proved, so far, impossible despite trying different ways. Have ordered another interface card from a different manufacturer than VIA

dodocool. There was no information on via's website with reference to the dodocool DT12 device at all. Very poor show on Via's site."
