The driver on the manufacturer's web site is labeled d_i101.zip and is also available on driverguide. It would not work with my customers modem. It was missing a file found in another Turbocomm driver download found on this site, Turbocomm I101C.zip Curiously, that driver file did not have a proper INF file that would recognize my modem. Only when I combined the files from these two drivers would my modem be properly recognized and installed. I love this kind of bizarro stuff because it means I will always have a job as a systems technician.
