"I needed the icon to get to setting to change the setting off of TV

and to only monitor, because XP had loaded drivers but no icon or entry

into setting. I loaded the driver and XP stated that the drivers I was

loading were older then the present ones, so I said yes install and over

write the drivers. After the icon appeared on the desk top and I changed
