"Worked a charm! Had an old K7VAZ+ box laying around, and when a horrific lightning strike took out my good machine (and a lot of other stuff including the stove and refrigerator!), I was forced into rummaging through a bunch of old pieces and parts that had been gathering dust for far too long. Finally cobbled this thing together, but it had an annoying habit of rebooting

sporadically, for no reason. Original BIOS was K7VAZ(S)-A2, and I replaced it with this one. No worries. As an, oh by the way, the version of Bios Agent that comes included with this download locked my rig up, every time, but I found a copy on the web, downloaded and ran it to verify that my bios ID included the magic "8363-686B-6A6LML1CC-00" string, and from there on, things were as smooth as silk.
