"Though exact model #, unable to uograde with Win XP. Tried many times. Prbably don't know how. Used the Device Mgr/ Memorex CD Rom. Used both auto and "Let me choose" Used the inf file and all other files on hard drive folder I downloaded (unzipped) and from A/ disk like doing "from mfr. disk" The driver kept showing up as the old one with a 2001 date.

"Unable to install. My Cdrom was not working driver would not install,

Went on Nt Compatable forum found solution, deleated upper and lower filters ,rebooted, back in busines. I have DriverGuide tool kit, was able to back up all my drivers easily, Thanks Bruno"

How to Update CD-ROM Drive (IMAPI settings 0,4) Device Drivers Quickly & Easily
