"the downloading was succesfull, and user friendly. but the installation was so bad, that i can't even understand how the system works. everytime i double kliked its always extracting and extracting to another directory. Till now my scanner doesn't work."

"Down load would not open using winzip. down load said winzip was not on the computer. but a new copy of winzip is loaded. so this dounload was a loss, system is still with out a driver for D646u ex"
