"Great Driver easy install with 98-se check your bios date to get one that was out before the bios date. use the latest before the bios date. i wasted time with a newer driver that didn't work

"This totally worked for my compaq 5000-5WV285 computer. I had trouble when I lost windows me and i had to install my old windows 98...well it 98 didnt accept my soundax drivers and gave me PCI multimedia audio, PCI bridge, and PCI card new hardware prompts problems.
