"The installation of the driver went without error, but the modem does not show up in Control Panel/Modems, the Desktop, Connection Properties, or anywhere else I looked. I think it is because it is a DSL modem and I don't have a DSL line. I just wanted to see if the modem would work."

"this sucks i'm busting my ass 24- 7 trying to find a driver for this so called westell device and there's no luck. if you could help with this problem iwould be very greatful."

"Didn't work with my modem, but its an inherited modem of a slightly newer model than mind. It could be that that particular model number isn't supported in my local Verizon area."

"This driver caused several conflicts with my software and was much slower than ethernet. If you are attempting to use this because you do not have an ethernet port, get one, trust me. If you are getting this to spare the ethernet port for something else get a switch or hub to split the ethernet connection."
