"I tried to install this driver on an HP Pavilion 532w computer because windows couldn't detect a compatible driver. The computer crashed while trying to install the driver. It didn't work for me, but that doesn't mean that it won't work for you."

"Driver did not work with XP Home OEM in this Pavilion 532w. Perhaps has a different chip? Perhaps the Realtek AC97 chip"
