"I had updaed the drivers which came with my chipset in hopes that a fractal screensaver I like to use would not lock up my computer. Alas! This update did not solve this problem The only solution I have found is to install a separate video card.

Apparently the VIA chipset is made for those who do word proceessing or office type tasks which do not tax the video drive
