"Didn't work at all. I'm running SP2. No driver I could find around here that was even vaguely related to the ScanPria 640P would do the trick. A couple of them (those under "color flatbedscanner" names) would show up on the hardware list on the PC, but that's as far as it'd go. It wouldn't really work. WinME-era hardware is a pain for XP."

"I have downloaded one software DriveGuide Toolkit 1.1 but it did not work on XP. It held Window.

"I have installed WINXP in my system. I found that the scanner is not working. An error message came, There is no power in the scanner. Plz check the scanner. This type of problem does not exists in WINME because my scanner is connected with LPT1 port"

"got it....my scan prisa 640p now works with the MiraScanv3424p_merge_perfect__.rar. am using xp sp2...just couldn't get it at first but when i loaded the color profiles,,,,BINGO....driver guide has never failed me yet...more power guys..."

"I have installed WINXP in my system. I found that the scanner is not working. An error message came, There is no power in the scanner. Plz check the scanner. This type of problem does not exists in WINME because my scanner is connected with LPT1 port"
