"This file must be defective. When I tried to open it I got the following message: 142929-07 has caused an error in 142919-07 EXE. 142919-07 will now close. I tried it several times and on two computers with the same result."

"A friend of mine has an older PB and that uses 3.11 windows for the OS Some one had tried to install W95 and The Hard drive wasn't big enough for it. The restore disk had been Trashed and I got every thing working except the cdrom. I hope that this will work to restore it. The PB is a ldegend 10cd. I downloaded thios file, formatted a floppy in the A drive and ran the file on a 3 different Windows versions(3.11/95a/98SE) as of today, June 14th 2001, and it created the master restore disk with no problems. Just to be a smart a$$ I placed it on my linux computer, running kernel 2.2.14, Caldera eDesktop 2.4 formatted a floppy for DOS and extracted the

It worked for many PackardHell Comps, none of which are mine. 2 of which the newest were about 1 1/2 to 2 years old. "Greetings, I have the Master Packerd Bell CD and with a IMG utility I found that you can recover all or any part of your OS, Drivers included by unzipping the Image onto a disk and then installing it. I just installed DOS off the CD..way cool..also all the master boot disks are on your cd.."

"Driver did not work, however on Master CD - Directory=Diskette is the Diskette Image needed. Copy directory to diskette, make diskette bootable with the "Sys" Command and it will work fine."
