"Windows recognized the driver, but upon install it said there are more files needed. This download does not supply those files, therefore, the install had to abort. I was finally able to find my Dell driver disk, and that worked just fine."

"Downloaded the .inf file. Went to update driver and Xp asked for a .sys file that was not included. So I went to Dell.com and got the driver that worked. Thanks anyway..."

"You're only downloading the INF file. Half way in between installing it ask for other files. Example HSF_CNXT.SYS

Had to abort installation"
