"previvous versions could print out foreign language charactors, but this copy i downloaded could not do so, every thing showed up as ???"

"Your service is the WORST I have ever encountered on the internet. You force me to wait through huge numbers of ads, virtually lie to me, and then I get an error message when I try to download the file. Every time. YOU ARE THE WORST."
