I have spent a long time looking for this driver for my 104s and Philips support New Zealand just sent me this and it works!!!!!
This is the instructions included with file.
Attached is a driver file including a driver for your monitor.
Choose the monitor type 7cm329.
Note that this monitor only supports refresh rates of 56Hz at 800 x 600 resolution. Under Win98, many video cards and drivers only run as low a 60Hz. If 60Hz is the only option available to you, this will either cause the image to be less than full screen
or in some cases, to break up and be unreadable. There is no easy solution for this. Either a video card and driver which supports a refresh rate of 56Hz at 800 x 600 resolution or a new monitor.
