"If I remember the installation was horrible but I may be confusing with drivers for my 3dfx card which was much worse in the case I'm not messing up with two cases... At any rate one of them was horrible to configure, you had to run them with regedit32.exe or some kind of registry adding file to add it for your windows registry and it was just painful to do it anually with

The TV Tuner card I have is definitely based on Philips SAA7130HL, but with so many chinzy generic card manufacturers it's no wonder there can be problems.
