"by repeatedly downloading (uninstalling and re ininstalling) the drivers for my creative nx ultra webcam, i am not able to use the cam. i get a message that the imaging device ok, but i do not get any window for the image and not able to use the cam, as i have lost the cd . can any body help please !"

"WebCam NX Ultra is a HORRIBLE "product" and it's software is a waste of time. It almost never worked for me and now it does not install nor uninstall after I downloaded the driver. It made my PC a big mess. I threw the $100 worth into a trash just now. No more "Creative" (nor logitech etc.) for me."
