"While not complete, this driver works on 95, 98, 2000 and XP - there is no NT 4.0 driver. Also it seems to be missing 6 files (eg IntelNic.dll), but I got around this by creating dummy files with the same names as those requested by the .INF and this at least got the network card working so I could get the 'real' driver (WARRENTON382.EXE) from Intel. Thanks, David."

"This download was NOT helpful. In fact, it was a waste of time. There are no NT as well as 2000 (or XP) information at all. This file seems to be Win9X only."
