"still wont recognise the scanner at all when i try the control pannel /scanner and cameras/it shows only printer port or com 1/com2 no usb ports??

"For some reason the download lacked a file (which was in the Windows 32 registry, but it would not load it) and so the installation crashed several times. Thus no experience in using."

"I have an old scanner and this software works great. I have tried serveral sets of drivers for this scanner . This one is the only one that works well."

"I have installed this driver on Windows Vista. It took a little while to work out how to install the driver but with some persistence it has installed just fine and the scanner works well. Thanks a bunch!"
