"You have to use the win2000 install for this to work, but it still registers as an unknown device. This was by far the most difficult driver installation process I have ever successfully completed. You either have to be very lucky or very competent or both to get this to install correctly. I was about to throw in the towel, when it suddenly started working.

"This driver is very hard to find if you have a KanguruParallel HDD Enclosure, FCCID LFQ96351001 from Interactive Media Corp.

I was fortunate enough to find that someone had thoughtfully written on the case KingByte KI6010. While I didn't find that driver, and this one doesn't have a folder for XP, it does have a folder named win2000. Inside the win2000 folder is a file

"The driver seems to work as it should for reading a CD. It may also work to write a CD. I am having problems burning a CD, but it may be the burner itself, or the version of EZ CD Creator that I am using. At this point, I would recommend the driver to anyone using W95 and need an external CD-ROM."
