The problem I had was with the installation software. The way I got this to work was by extracting the files to folder, plugging the cam in, and when XP wanted the drivers I just pointed it to the folder. A few times XP tried looking in other places and reported that the files weren’t there (I think this was because I tried so many installations before this), but I just re-pointed XP at the folder and it continued with the install.
