However, if you look inside the inf, no such string appears.

People contributing to DriverGuide should be more careful checking the actual list of supported devices of a certain driver."

"This works good for win98... Note this same modem pnp's in win2k pro and detects as an HCF hardware modem, installs drivers from the os and works killer! Its funny because the mfc date of the modem is prior to win98 se..I wonder why win98 doesnt pnp it??"
