"If you are using a CMI8738 onboard snd & DAA modem this driver works excellent. Make sure you 1st install the audio driver 1st. Then after it's completed, install the modem driver. This is accomplished by going into your device manager and right clicking on the ? devices of Simple Mulitmedia Driver & then simple communications driver and choose update driver. Then

use the manual install and search in the folder you downloaded and extracted to. The rest is automatic. God Bless."
