"Didn't work for me on win98se; may work better with later versions of Windows and/or newer Dells. Driver would come up disabled, and crash Windows when I finally got it enabled. Also is missing the wireless utility needed to make the card connect to anything. This is a Broadcomm card. Was able to get the card to work under 98se with the Linksys driver wpc54g_driver_uti
