"Thanks sooo much, Kat. Followed your instructions & they worked perfectly. I found the 620ST was working fine for me under 2000, so was very, very frustrated when it wouldn't work under XP at all."

"No it did not work for Win XP Pro, but I do have another solution that does work with Windows XP Pro. All Acer scanners are now supported by BenQ. The web address is www.acercm-eu.com/ServiceAndSupport/Drivers/index.cfm?productline=9 From there select 620ST and download the XP drivers for the SCSI card and MiraScan scanner. Extract these into directories. Steps to instal
