"I have downloaded this driver, but I cannot open it for setup. Just Reading file in Notepad. I try many times to download again, but Still does not work. Please tell me how to set up the driver in my computer."

"This driver was REALLY hard to find. This is for a small modem card which plugs into the motherboard by way of a unique socket and takes up a PCI slot. Integrated motherboards are very hard to find device drivers for and this seems to do the trick for this PCT301L/PCT301D Modem Card. Thanks!"

"Thanks a lot! this is the one i've looking for. my machine has this modem in an all-in-one SiS5595 xcel2000 mother board and its difficult to realize that it's a PCTel PCT301L chip."
