Has a PINE sticker on back. <-- This was the key.

Has FM-3711-11 and RockwellR 6793 PCI Modem on Manufacter sticker on back also.

Conexant chipset. RS56/SP-PCI"

"Well, unsatisfied, I picked the driver because the CD that came with my Modem had 13 different drivers, and I had the hope to get a unique driver, but in this file there are FIVE different drivers, and no information about how to pick the right one. Sucks."

"I got with my Modem a DVD with a lot of drivers for Windows 95/98 (with the following names @215DT## Where @ can be D,H,S,V ## can be 9,91,w,x,x1 I don´t know what all the different prefixes/subfixes mean or what are they for, but if you know, or need them contact me."
