"This driver does work in Windows 98 and 98se. You have to use Device Manager to install it. DO NOT run any setup programs in the file.

You should not need a Windows XP driver for this Network card. This is an ISA 16 bit network card, and if you're running Windows XP on a system with an ISA slot, then it's time for you to upgrade. =) Anyhow, Windows XP should alr
