"i have a leading tachnology inc. 400v monitor and i cannot find the company anywhere. the monitor's fccid match this fccid. did packard bell buy leading technology?"

"This driver doesn't seem to be working for me. My monitor is Packard Bell model 1010. I can't seem to load it into my system per the instructions here. The driver does not automatically list with the others.My OS is Windows 98."
