"I downloaded the zip from Bill Wimsatt. When I tried to unzip it I got and error saying "unexpected end of archive". This download doesn't work."

"Winzip WILL extract these files, and you can successfully install them, BUT...good luck creating a dial-up session for PPP. You need the FULL installer program, unless you like hacking the registry..."
