"It could be that second self extractor could be damaged (or possibly it is my own screwup). Either way, the first self extractor is all that is necessary for basic operation, and it works just fine."

"If you use XP this driver doesn't seem to work very well. It might be my card, but the driver wouldn't install at all. For older OS's it's probably just fine."
