"after reading all these comments I did some more research and found that the only co. that used the dm9101f & the vt86c100a chips on the same ethernet card was acer it is an ALN-320"

How to Update LM-FA34V PCI Fast Ethernet Adapter [NDIS3] Device Drivers Quickly & Easily
