"The files come for every possible system that you might need, but are NOT a simple click and install. It says USE the CD to install. If I had the F******

CD, I wouldn't have to sit here and read all your fine print and end up with a manual that I don't need either.

You guys are not customer oriented. Just money oriented, and it shows badly...
