You HAVE to force win2k to use that driver, if you ask him to search and give him the directory where you put the driver, it will not take it.
You will also have a warning saying that win2k is doesn't recognize the driver and encourage NOT to install. Ignore and install it. It will work at reboot (you might have to go in the Control Panel - Multimedia & Sound and specify that it is your hardware of choice).
