"THIS DRIVER CONTAINS THE VIRUS: BACKDOOR.COREFLOOD. When easyshare is downloaded and extracted it virus is placed in the Local Temp Directory and in you system32 directory. The temp file name is: OSNXIL.DLL

DON NOT DOWNLOAD THIS DRIVER---IT HAS A VIRUS NAMED:BACKDOOR.COREFLOOD"

"This is good compared to the one we get from Kodak site, but Why can't just driver be uploaded and shared. Why do we need to install the whole EasyShare software to just get the camera detected by the system"

"For DX4530 under WinXP you don't need to install any driver because WinXP has already a standard one.

Your DX4530 is directly assigned a temporarily drive letter.

But you can use this download instead of going on kodak.com to have the EasyShare application."

"Everything went O.K.

But a little note: the thing you download is a connection tool to the Kodak resources. For me installation via this client went O.K., but I think you will need a nice internetconnection for a >20mb. package..

greetings!"
