"Brilliant! Device worked immediately after downloading the driver - didn't even need to save it anywhere important, just used 'My Documents' and specified that in the hardware wizard. Many thanks!"

"Just go to the Device Manager, right-click USB MULTIBAY FDC, say Update Driver, say to not look on Windows Update for the driver (SP2 only), say you want to point to the driver manually point it to a specific location - the place where you extract the usbstor.inf file out of the zip it comes in. Everything should go smoothly after that! This file is awesome!"
