"I tried every driver from this site and from Relisys to get my scanner to work with xp---no luck. I then loaded the pre-loaded scanner through the "add an imaging device" (Xerox) and my scanner immediatly started working. Hope this helps someone."

"all of you! go to www.tecoimage.com.tw/support.asp and download the driver for win 2000. it's the same as xp's driver. it works!!!!!!!!"

"after a deep search over the net for the driver, i got it. www.tecoimage.com.tw/driver/oldscnner/372sn21.exe (5,5 Mb) and the upgrade www.tecoimage.com.tw/driver/oldscnner/372sn22.exe (550kb) it was very weird how i got here. i followed the links since the Relysis official site til this site (going through some german weird sites). anyway, the last site had not drivers

"Why said that this is a driver when it isn't ??? This is a diagnostic and nothing more please remove this file since it does'nt do any good and it is not even a driver. thanks Very disapointed"

"This driver does not work. It is only a diagnostic program just 101K in size. It will not install the scanner unfortunately."
