This is an IBM ISA Modem with a lucent chipset - 1641b. Ibm has a part number 54.09021.592 written on a barcode on the back. FCC reg # 409tai-32297-m5-e. I had 2 of these modems and was able to download a driver from driverguide but could only get 21000 bps. Someone brought in their computer for an upgrade and they had this modem in their computer and I manipulated another computer and was able to extract all of the necessary files required to make this modem run at 53000. There is a setup file which will correctly install this file and it works better than if you just go into the device manager and specify a location. It worked on 98se but it should work with 95 as well. Good Luck.
