"Now is working. I have to say the real problem was due to XP & my M741LT system board. In fact, upon XP installation, the onboard modem was recognized as "PCI simple communications" device.

After understanding that, I did the reinstallation of such a device, giving this driver. The HSP56 MicroModem appeared, that it's currently well working. Thank you.&quo

"this driver does not work under windows xp professional, I extracted the files and tryed to install all it says is that it does NOT have software writen for the modem! this file is worthless in xp"

"This works in XP with a Commwave HSP 56K Flex Voice/Data/Fax modem that I got with a Win98 OS. I changed to Win 2000 and there I needed hsp2k.exe from www2.driverguide.com/uploads/uploads10/20743.html and that worked but not in XP."

"on the XP wizzard (adding a modem) i point it to the driver , but then the next step is to choose a port from a list, but the list is empty so i cant move on. !!! Please someone HELP"

"ARGHHHHHHHHHHHH im on XP with the PCChips M810LR, u no the standard one wiht onboard lan, but the modem is on a AMR slot not a PCI slot. the drivers that come with it dont work on xp, and this driver doesnt seem 2 either.!! SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!! i need driver for the HSP56 on windows XP URGENTLY!!! pls email garethp@nildram.co.uk thnx"
