This is a Win2000 driver in zip form. Got it from the S3 site. It says NT5 in the setup but works like a charm for me. Just unzip files and point the driver update dialog to where u saved it. Sweet - no reboot needed.

How to Update S3 Inc. Trio3D/2X Device Drivers Quickly & Easily

How to Install a driver from Device Manager

  1. Locate the device and model that is having the issue and double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  2. Select the Driver tab.

  3. Click the Update Driver button and follow the instructions.

In most cases, you will need to reboot your computer in order for the driver update to take effect.
