"This thing would not install on my machine because it kept giving me error messages about allegedly insufficient base memory, even though I had 624KB of DOS memory free."

"I've tried half a dozen drivers now and none of them seem to work on my machine. I think I'll kill myself!!(only joking). My problem is that my new ethernet card is not picked up by Win ME or Win XP.

I don't think my old 1998 award bios likes plug/play devices."

"This driver (rom file) allows the board to recognize a celeron socket 370 633Mhz at post using a slotket adapter. However, windows is a different story. I am using an Asus S370 and windows will not boot up. If anyone has any suggestions on how to solve this, [please email me. Otherwise, the driver works great and is easy to install.

thanx, eric"

"I downloaded the driver because it said for LX and LE. I made the mistake of telling the flash program to continue after it told me that the bin was the wrong file. Now I have a messed up bios. My mistake."

"I looked for the driver because I tried to install windows XP and it did not work on this celeron 300 computer.

This driver for Award bios did not work with my computer, because the motherboard was Aopen, and this has it's own chipset for the bios. Also for the Award bios 4.51PGM I looked for the Aopen motherboard AX6B R1.20 at the aopen site www.aopen.com and found th
