"the adapter doesn't install, needs this edisonsoft ES-620 USB infrared adapter. After downloading the inf file, still doesn't work"

"After having gone through a rigmarole to sign upto your site, I eventually was directed to the download. I download the file that turns out to be a driver information file - no driver. So, my comment would have to be that the download does not work."
