"I have a 1212p with on/off button (yes, the presence of the on/off button is important for getting a working driver). After upgrading from Windows98 to XP I discovered there is no driver support for XP. Importante entrar en el BIOS y verificar que el puerto paralelo lea EPP.

Al principio apareció un mensaje de error de comunicación. Pero reiniciando la PC, funcionó perfectamente.

"This worked perfectly for me on win XP. www.agfa.com.pl/support/swpubdtp/soft/snapscan1212p/ISP_1212P_V1401.EXE. Follow the instructions on the site EXACTLY. Then D/L the modified reg key named afga1212XP (NOT the afga1212XP1) and click on it to add it to the reg. REBOOT, and go into your BIOS and make sure your paralell Port reads EPP. After I did this. My 1212P Snap Sc
