"If you are going to use one of these drivers in Win XP DONT FORGET to turn digital signing verifaction OFF! to do this Open System in Control Panel. On the Hardware tab, click Driver Signing. Under File signature verification, click Ignore to allow all device drivers to be installed on this computer, regardless of whether they have a digital signature. Warn to display

"I've already tried to install this driver. It installs normally, but the modem doesn't work... I'm sure this modem will not work under Windows XP. Motorola told me and Microsoft too. Buy another one. Look for one on Microsoft's HCL Web Site."
