My card is a DTC 436E.Both jumpers have to be set/closed Non-plug& play.XP pro & 2k don't work if in P&P mode.Only in manual mode for these operating systems.Close the Wo s jumper also.This is a isa card & has to be set in manual mode.I had to reboot several times but it all came together It reconized it as a UMAX UDS-is 11 I
